Personalized items require a longer time frame to process and ship.
It can take up to 7 business days (Not including Saturdays, Sundays or
Holidays) to process personalized items BEFORE it is shipped via the
shipping method selected in your order. Selecting a faster shipping service
does not speed up the processing time, only the delivery time.
If you need to receive a personalized item sooner, we can request
a RUSH to be applied to the order for a processing of fee of $25.00
per personalized item. The RUSH fee will be charged separately to your
credit card. Requesting a RUSH will speed up your processing time,
but does not speed up your shipping time, unless you have selected
an express method when placing your order.

placing your order online.

| What is your return policy? |
If you're ever not delighted with any purchase you make from Plum
Party, simply return it for a prompt, cheerful refund. All returns
must be mailed within 30 days of order arrival date. Shipping/handling
on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Gift wrap is non-refundable.
Sale items are issued an exchange only. All items must be returned
in the same condition in which they were received (unopened and not
used). Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging and send
your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish,
though we do recommend that you have some kind of tracking information,
as you are responsible for the shipping back to us and we are not responsible
for packages that are lost during transit back to us.

| How do I cancel/modify my order? |
Once your order is placed you have 1 hour (during business hours of
9AM-5PM EST) to modify or cancel your order, otherwise it will be processed
and shipped.

| Claims (Incorrect or Damaged
Order) |
It is our goal to supply the correct order every time, however, occasionally
a customer will receive an order that is incorrect or have a missing
item. In any of these situations, please contact us using
our contact form within
5 business days of the delivered date or we will not be able
to accept the claim or return.

| Do you have a printed catalog? |
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a printed catalog
for Plum Party merchandise. However, we do have a printed catalog for
our boutique, French Bull. If you would like to receive their catalog
please contact
us using our form and mention French Bull Printed Catalog and
include your mailing address. |
| Do you offer engraving or personalized messages on products? |
At this time we do not offer this service. However, we send
the plaque for trophies detached in order to make it easier for engraving
at a local shop. |
| Do you sell wholesale? |
At this time we do not sell wholesale, however if you are
interested in purchasing either large quantities or a bulk order, contact
us using our form. |
| Do you accept purchase orders? |
No, unfortunately we do not accept purchase orders. |
