| Backorder Notification |
There will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED.
This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally
(We couldn't update the website fast enough!) or another customer's
order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory.
In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of the circumstances.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items will be restocked. With that in mind, we will
keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If
you would like to cancel your backorder, please respond to the backorder
notification email or send an email directly to backorder@plumparty.com
or use our contact form. You may
also contact one of our customer service representatives at (800) 227-0314.
Please include as much information on your order as possible, such as;
your order number, items ordered, name and email address.

| If I place an order for standard shipping, how long will
it take to receive? |
All orders sent via standard shipping will be received with
7 to 10 business days. Plum Party orders ship within 48 hours from the
day the order is placed. We cannot make any changes to the order within
this period unless an item is on backorder. If you need the items for
a specific date which falls within 7 to 10 business days, please choose
4-day express shipping. This will ensure that your order is received on
time. |
| If I place my order express, will it go out the same day? |
All express orders will ship out the same day if ordered before 12:00
PM EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends,
this is determined by carriers. To calculate the arrival time of your
package, please do not count the day the package ships.

| Do you offer Saturday delivery? |
Yes, please request "SAT DELIVERY" in the gift message
upon checkout. Please note FedEx charges an additional fee for Saturday
delivery which is determined by weight and destination. Please note not
all FedEx locations deliver on Saturday. |
| Do you ship to other Countries?
(Includes Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico, and the States of Alaska and
Hawaii) |
Yes we do. However, all international orders require PlumParty
approval. This includes orders from Mexico, Puerto Rico and Canada, and
the States of Alaska and Hawaii. Plum Party also requires a Fed Ex account
number which means customers get billed directly for the shipping, duties
and taxes. PlumParty only charges you for the merchandise and a $10.00
handling fee. If you can meet these requirements, please place your order
on the website. Write your Fed Ex account number in the gift message
box. All orders are shipped FedEx international economy. If you would
like international priority, please indicate this next to your account
number. |
| Do you require a signature for deliveries? |
No we do not. Most of our customers are not home during the
day so we ship without a signature requirement. We also ship Fed Ex Home
Delivery. This means packages are usually delivered after 4:00 PM. Plum
Party emails customers with their Fed Ex tracking number. Please be sure
to track your package. This helps avoid lost packages, incorrect deliveries,
and further problems. If this problem occurs, Plum Party holds the right
to make all decisions in regards to the package. |
| What courier do you use? |
For all states we use Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Express. APO
addresses are sent via USPS and shipping time frames will vary. |
| Can I use my Fed Ex account number? |
Unfortunately, we only allow customers to use their Fed Ex
account number for international or bulk orders. Please call us at 800-227-0314
to see if you qualify. |
| Will I receive a tracking number for my package? |
Yes, all tracking numbers are sent via email. Please check
to make the email address you provide is correct. |
| Do you ship chocolate in the summer? |
Yes, we do ship chocolate in the summer. We require all customers to
order chocolate products via express shipping. You can choose 2- day
or overnight shipping only. If you are ordering multiple products, please
keep shipping methods in mind. If the other items are needed for standard
delivery, you must place a separate order from the chocolate products.
If all orders are needed quickly, you can place the order together.
Once you place the order, we cannot make changes.

| Why didn't a charge come up for my overnight order? |
Your order total is larger than $250.00. In this case, we pack the
order and give you the actual cost for overnight. A Plum Party representative
will call you with the cost, and you can then approve it. If you do
not approve, you can change your shipping method.

| Shipping is based on cost of merchandise: |
1.00 - 50.00 = $6.95
50.01 - 75.00 = $10.95
75.01 - 100.00 = $12.95
100.01 - 150.00 = $14.95
150.01 - 200.00 = $16.95
200.01 - 250.00 = $18.95
250.01 - 300.00 = $19.95
300.01 - 400.00 = $20.95
400.01 - 500.00 = $21.95
500.01 - 600.00 = $22.95
600.01 - 700.00 = $23.95
700.01 - 800.00 = $24.95
800.01 - 900.00 = $25.95
900.01 - 1000.00 = $26.95
1000.01 - 2000.00 = $27.95
Standard shipping takes 7 - 10 business
days (Monday-Friday, do not count weekends).
Add $5 for Select - 4 days (business days)
Add $10 for Express - 3 days (business days)
Add $15 for Premium - 2 days (business days)*
Add $20 for Overnight (on orders
up to $200) - 1 day (business day)*|**
Orders $500.00 or higher may have
additional shipping fees. A customer service representative
will contact you with any additional charges. No order will ship
without your approval.
Overnight and International shipping may be
available upon request. *For Overnight and Premium delivery the
order must be received by 12:00 noon e.s.t. to guarantee same
day shipping.**For
Overnight orders over $200.00 and International orders shipping,
extra charges will apply and pre-approval is required. Please

your information and we will provide you with the additional
